One record of a person, from first visit onwards
A guest fills in a card on Sunday, appears in follow-up on Monday, joins a group in March and is a member by Easter — without anybody retyping their name into a second system.
What it does
Households, not just individuals
Churches deal in families. Relationships are first-class, so a child checking in is connected to the adults allowed to collect them.
Pastoral notes stay pastoral
A note written in confidence is readable by the people a church chose and by nobody else — administrators included. Access is recorded.
Attendance that is observed, not guessed
Membership is granted by a church, never inferred from a threshold. First visits are computed from history when the record is written.
Follow-up that names who owes what
Every open request has an owner and a date. The dashboard leads with whoever has been waiting longest.
Why it matters that this is one system
Attendance comes from check-in, giving from the giving module, groups from groups — all on the same person. There is no nightly export, and no two systems disagreeing about whether somebody is a member.
